We make all our breads by hand to insure the best quality possible by our artisan bakers. These breads are Par-Baked on stone in our French ovens, and then frozen at the peak of freshness. Our breads are shipped frozen ready to be finished in-store. Custom breads will also be developed on request. We have implemented seasonal and specialty bread of the month programs for our clients.
